Returns Policy
We aim to offer the best quality products and to deliver them undamaged by providing high quality, reliable packaging. However, if you would like to return a product please refer to the following instructions:
Please inspect your delivery upon receipt. If you notice any damage or defect to the items delivered, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or repair. We cannot accept damage claims that have not been declared to us within two days of delivery.
Any items ordered that are no longer required and are in a re-saleable condition can be taken back into stock by us with a re-stocking charge of 20% of the original invoice value.
We cannot take back into stock any bespoke assembly. This includes made to measure cable assemblies or any item of made to measure manufacture or fabrication.
Standard delivery means that we will choose the most appropriate method of delivery.
In most cases this will be a first class Royal Mail service or a next day courier service.
Standard delivery services are not always trackable or insured.
For guaranteed and fully trackable services please call and ask us for a competitive quote.
We would be happy to quote air or sea freight for export purposes where required.
